四川菜鸭汤 Sichuan Veg Duck Soup

Hi everyone, thanks for the interest!
Recipe from Mummy Neo. She actually told me mummy's cooking usually is agar agar one.(meaning estimation & testing) but she verbally say it to me, and I type it out for everyone that's interested in making this!

四川菜鸭汤 Simple Sichuan Veg Duck Soup 




Main Ingredients 
Half A Duck
Si-Chuan Cai 四川菜 1 piece
3-4 Slices of Ginger
2 Tomatoes

Preparations:
1) Boiling water, 过烧水 for the duck. (Just put into boiling water for 2 seconds and bring out immediately)
2) Slice and soak Si-Chuan Veg in water. (So it won't be too salty)

Cooking:
1) Boil around 2 soup bowls of water, put in duck & ginger, on high heat. Also add in Si-Chuan Veg. Put to boil. Than put to low heat.
2) After around 45 minutes to 1 hour, add in tomatoes. Put to boil.
3) When duck meat is soften, can be served.
4) If you want a more savoury soup, can be put on low heat and cook for few hours. Soup will be more savoury and its even more delicious. :)
5) Accordingly to own preference, usually it's salty enough.(due to the Si-chuan veg).
If not salty enough, can add a little of salt.
